Getting Started
- Install the App from Microsoft AppSource or your Microsoft 365 environment.
- Sign In using your Microsoft 365 account.
- Grant Permissions to SharePoint, Teams, and other necessary Microsoft APIs.
- Configure Settings like:
- Invoice templates
- Vendor list
- Approval workflows
- Email notifications

How to Use
Step 1: Upload Invoices
- Drag and drop PDF or image files
- Or configure automatic email imports
Step 2: Review & Validate
- System auto-extracts invoice number, date, vendor, and amount
- Review fields and make corrections if needed
Step 3: Submit for Approval
- Invoices are routed to designated approvers
- Approvers receive Teams/Outlook notifications
Step 4: Archive & Track
- Approved invoices are stored securely
- Search and filter past invoices by vendor, date, or amount
Troubleshooting
- OCR not extracting data? Ensure file quality is good and try re-uploading.
- Workflow errors? Check that all approvers have access and permissions set.
- Not receiving notifications? Confirm integration with Teams/Outlook is active.
