Getting Started

  1. Install the App from Microsoft AppSource or your Microsoft 365 environment.
  2. Sign In using your Microsoft 365 account.
  3. Grant Permissions to SharePoint, Teams, and other necessary Microsoft APIs.
  4. Configure Settings like:
    • Invoice templates
    • Vendor list
    • Approval workflows
    • Email notifications

How to Use

Step 1: Upload Invoices

  • Drag and drop PDF or image files
  • Or configure automatic email imports

Step 2: Review & Validate

  • System auto-extracts invoice number, date, vendor, and amount
  • Review fields and make corrections if needed

Step 3: Submit for Approval

  • Invoices are routed to designated approvers
  • Approvers receive Teams/Outlook notifications

Step 4: Archive & Track

  • Approved invoices are stored securely
  • Search and filter past invoices by vendor, date, or amount

Troubleshooting

  • OCR not extracting data? Ensure file quality is good and try re-uploading.
  • Workflow errors? Check that all approvers have access and permissions set.
  • Not receiving notifications? Confirm integration with Teams/Outlook is active.
