Job Brief:

Only candidates based in Indonesia will be considered.

We are seeking a dynamic Partner & Alliance Executive to spearhead the development and management of strategic par across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner Identification & Onboarding: Scout, evaluate, and onboard potential partners and alliances in Indonesia.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual suc
• Go-to-Market Initiatives: Coordinate joint campaigns, events, and programs with partners to drive market penetration.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor partner contributions to pipeline and revenue, providing regular insights and repo
• Strategy Development: Assist in designing partnership strategies tailored to the Indonesian market.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership goals

Requirements

• Strong business development and partnership management experience, preferably in Indonesia.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to execute joint go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking performance metrics and generating insights.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across multicultural teams.
• Knowledge of the Indonesian business ecosystem and regulatory environment.
