Business and Operations Manager (Myanmar)

We are building an offshore hub in Yangon, Myanmar and are looking for exceptional individuals to be part of this pioneering team.
We are looking for a Business and Operations Manager to support our business operations spanning accounting, finance, manpower and administration. Being a trusted advisor and partner to the management team. If you’ve experience supporting business operations and are passionate about the latest technologies to support and grow our business, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support daily operations including finance, manpower and administration.
- Responsible for budgeting and forecasting.
- Develop business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and profitability.
- Project Management of tasks as and when required.
- Support the overall Business Planning Process for Business Assessment, Business Review, Planning and Calibrations to ensure cross-functional collaboration.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, Law or related disciplines. A post graduate degree would be highly regarded.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
- Competent in applying general personnel practices, accounting and budgeting principles and coordination of major administrative functions.
- Excellent analytical, time management, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Motivated by challenges and the opportunity to grow.
- Able to operate with limited supervision, drive results and set priorities independently.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sales is highly regarded.
