Job Brief:

Hosho Digital is looking for motivated college interns who are ready to dive into the world of ERP solutions and business technology. As an intern, you’ll be part of the implementation team for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Dynamics BC), gaining real-world experience in consulting, system configuration, data migration, and client support.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Understand Business Needs: Learn how to gather and analyze client requirements and contribute ideas on how to improve business processes using ERP software.
• Support System Setup: Assist with the design, configuration, and setup of Microsoft Dynamics BC.
• Help with Data Migration: Get involved in transferring data like customer records, vendors, inventory, and opening balances from old systems into Dynamics BC.
• Participate in Testing: Test features to ensure they meet customer requirements.
• Work with Clients: Contribute to building strong client relationships by understanding their business and assisting them with software usage.
• Support Live Projects: Be part of live implementation projects. Apply your learning and make a real impact.
• Create Learning Resources: Help develop training materials such as videos, blogs, and/or presentations.

You’ll Also Collaborate With:

• Product Development: Share feedback to help build new features.
• Training: Support delivery of end-user training.
• Project Management: Work alongside PMs to keep projects on track.
• Support: Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries.

Who Should Apply:

• Final-year or pre-final-year students pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Computer Applications, or related fields.
• Curious learners with a passion for tech and business systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn accounting, ERP, consulting, and implementation practices.
