About the Role 

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Controller to oversee financial and operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insights to support business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing end-to-end finance functions. 

Key Responsibilities  

Financial Management & Reporting 

• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. 

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. 

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to optimize financial health. 
   

Budgeting & Forecasting 

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes. 

• Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to management. 

• Support strategic decision-making with financial modelling and scenario planning. 
   

Internal Controls & Compliance 

• Establish and maintain robust internal controls and risk management frameworks. 

• Ensure adherence to corporate governance and audit requirements. 

• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. 
   

Team Leadership 

• Supervise and mentor finance team members. 

• Drive efficiency in accounting processes and systems. 

• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. 
   

Strategic Partnership 

• Collaborate with business heads to align financial strategies with organizational goals. 

• Provide financial insights to support expansion, investment, and cost optimization initiatives. 

Technological Innovation 

• Champion the adoption of AI and automation across Finance and Operations. 

• Optimise and scale the use of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. 

Qualifications & Skills 

• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification. 

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting. 

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/SFRS) and taxation laws. 

• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. Microsoft Dynamics Business Central experience is highly valued.  

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. 

• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
