About the Role

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern who can efficiently handle end-to-end recruitment while also supporting basic finance and payroll operations. The ideal candidate will be people-oriented, detail-driven, and able to balance both HR and finance support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & HR Operations:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify the right talent.
• Maintain HR databases, employee records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate training, engagement activities, and performance evaluation processes.

Finance Support:

• Assist in payroll processing and maintain attendance/leave records.
• Handle reimbursements, expense tracking, and coordinate with the finance team for salary disbursements.
• Maintain basic HR-related financial reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Basic understanding of finance/payroll processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
