About the Role
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern who can efficiently handle end-to-end recruitment while also supporting basic finance and payroll operations. The ideal candidate will be people-oriented, detail-driven, and able to balance both HR and finance support responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & HR Operations:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify the right talent.
- Maintain HR databases, employee records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate training, engagement activities, and performance evaluation processes.
Finance Support:
- Assist in payroll processing and maintain attendance/leave records.
- Handle reimbursements, expense tracking, and coordinate with the finance team for salary disbursements.
- Maintain basic HR-related financial reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic understanding of finance/payroll processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
