As part of our aggressive expansion, we are building an offshore hub in Yangon, Myanmar and are looking for exceptional individuals to be part of this pioneering team.  

The Technical Consultant will work closely with the services and delivery team. If you have prior experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Canvas and Model Driven Apps) development, Dynamics 365 customization and hands on software development, we’d like to hear from you. 

Responsibilities 

• Design of Power Platform solutions in accordance with best practices. 

• Development of Power Apps – Canvas, Model Driven Applications and Dataverse as per the requirements. 

• Solution designing using power platform components and best practices 

• Extending solutions using development in JavaScript / C# / Python. 

• Support data analytics with SQL Database development and data modelling. 

• Creation and maintenance of solution documentation. 

• Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements   as part of a structured change control process. 

• Reporting any identified risks, issues and project planning constraints to the project or delivery manager.  

• Creation and documentation of test procedures and scenarios during the pre-UAT phases and support the operations teams during the UAT and roll-out. 

Skills and Experience 

• Hands-on experience with D365 and Power Platform technical solutions. 

• Creation of custom connectors for Microsoft Flow and integration with Virtual Agents and Power Apps.  

• Design and development of database such as Microsoft SQL Server/Oracle/Azure SQL Server. 

• Strong foundational knowledge Azure AD and Azure ecosystem at large. 

• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies. 

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. 

• Fluent written and spoken English. 

• Certification of Microsoft Power Platform (PL-900) and Microsoft Power Platform App maker is preferred though not a must. 

• Prior experience and strong fundamentals in the following operations and development environments would be advantageous: 

• Two years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform or D365 customization.  

• Experience in Power Platform (Power Automate, Canvas and Model Driven Apps) development and Dynamics 365 customization. 

• Hands-on experience in RPA development in Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism and preferably Power Automate Desktop. 

• .Net development experience with familiarity with C#, ASP. Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, and CSS. Mandatory hands-on experience required. 

• Working knowledge of SharePoint Development and SharePoint sites/lists etc. 

• Software in Service (SaaS) and/or Platforms in Service (Paas) environment.
